Thank you for shopping with Liora by Leony. We currently ship Australia-wide only using Australia Post.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options & Rates
Australia Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate (with tracking)
- Express Shipping — $14 flat rate (with tracking)
- Free Standard Shipping — automatically applied on all orders over $100 AUD
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network delays.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email address. You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Liora by Leony is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address details
- Lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels are handed over to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we are happy to assist where possible, we are not responsible for:
- Delivery delays
- Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and products
- An opening/unboxing video as supporting evidence
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
