Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference changes after purchase

Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizes, colours, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear unedited opening/unboxing video starting before the package is opened
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number

Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Conditions for Damage Claims

  • The opening video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
  • The damage must be visible in the video/photos
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Resolution

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

Non-Eligible Claims

We are unable to accept claims for:

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
