We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

- Incorrect selection
- Preference changes after purchase
Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizes, colours, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A clear unedited opening/unboxing video starting before the package is opened
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Conditions for Damage Claims
- The opening video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
- The damage must be visible in the video/photos
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Resolution
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Non-Eligible Claims
We are unable to accept claims for:
- Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
