We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand via Australia Post.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales, launches, or public holidays, it may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery is in their hands. We’ll do our best to help, but we’re unable to take responsibility for carrier delays or parcels marked as delivered.
Damaged Parcel?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at liorabyleony@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and an unboxing video as supporting evidence. We’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
